Here's my main man, a 360 with BBS Challenge rims and Tubi exhaust. Michael Svhumacher drove it around Sepang F1 track with our queen on the weekend of the 2000 GP. This photo was from the Ferrari website and the same photo is in the Ferrari Yearbook 2000.

I also have a Porsche GT3 2001 which I bought new. And the new E270CDI, BMW 318i and a 318Ci.

Previous owner of 328GTS, F355B, Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R V-Spec among others.

Dirk, I had that photo signed by him when I drove him in the Drivers' parade this year. I also drove him in the parade last year. Photos of those were on the internet. I also manage to get him to sign the photo of him and me in the drivers' parade of 2002.

I have met Michael every year since 1999. In 1999 he drove my F355 from the Sepang go kart track back to Pan Pacific Hotel it KLIA, after a Shell promotions event. I don't have a photo of that but I'm sure it's somewhere in Shell archives. In 2000, I loaned my car for him to drive the Queen around Sepang. That's the photo that I posted. In 2001 we fetched him from Pan Pacific and went in a convoy of about 10 Ferraris to a lunch/charity auction organised by Shell at a hotel in Cyber Jaya. In 2002 I drove him in the drivers' parade at Sepang on the Sunday prior to the GP and I drove him again in 2003. The photos are in the internet. And I had him sign the 2002 photo.

I do not make it a point to take photos of my car/s. But I'll try and dig up my album to see if I have them. But I have copies of their regitration cards though.

Enzo250GTO, we have a Ferrari Owners Club here but we don't have a club house though. We hang out at the dealers showroon/office and our address is there as well. The website is http://www.ferrariowners.org.my. But I'm afraid it's not being updated as often as it should.

We just had a track day on 23 August, when the 2 Stradales were unveiled for the region I may have some photos of that day. The Malaysian dealer is Next Car Sdn Bhd and the Singapore dealer is Hong Seh Motors Pte Ltd.

The best time that I was able to talk to him was when I drove him back from the Sepang go-kart track to his Pan Pacific hotel at the airport. The journey was about 15 mins and I had his attention all that time. The other times, there were too many people crowding around him and there were barely any conversation taking place.

Even the two times that I drove him, it was very difficult to carry on a conversation because he was waving at the crowd and his attention was on them. Besides he sat on the top of the convertable and I was sunk in the driving seat, so it was difficult to be heard in the noise and cheering of the crowd.

Dirk, Sepang is an area where the F1 circuit and the International airport is located. Kuala Lumpur (KL) is the city - the capital of Malaysia. Sepang is some 60km from KL. When I say we went to Sepang, it means that we went to the F1 track. Don't blame you though, a lot of people do not know Kula Lumpur, let alone Sepang.

We have a Ferrari Owners Club in Kuala Lumpur and we have about 100 members. And there are some 60 - 70 more owners who do not wish to join the club. As you may realise most of the owners are in and around Kula Lumpur. The dealer and workshop is also here. We have all the models from the 246 Dino, 512BB onwards, earlier models may be in existance but I am not aware of them. There are already 2 Enzos and there'll be another 3 on the way but they will be towards the end of 2004. We are a small country and our allocation from the factory is small but whatever models that are produced will find owners here.

Yes i know of Kuala Lumpur, that's where those 2 huge Petronas office building are.
and i'm very suprised that you will have 3 Enzo's there, i didn't know that the ferrari market is already so big there. So that means also some ferrari events

as you can see i'm from belgium, we have a suprisingly big ferrari market here, considering how small belgium is, but we only have 1 enzo here and as far as i know there isn't coming a 2nd :(

Correction, they will have 5! 2+3 more coming.

Stradale,
Next time you meet with your friends be sure to tell them about the site. I'm only a 6 hour flight away and would love to visit the track with everyone and pass out some free stuff from the site. A friend of mine visited Kuala Lumpur and recommended I visit so it is on my list of cities to see before I leave Tokyo.

Yes Dirk, it was amazing. The system is designed to bypass the muffler at 4,000rpm. You get a straight-through exhaust. I also had a ride as a passenger of course and the car is awesome. It is so stable at speeds and so predictable. The brakes just throw you forward against the seat-belt. This car has to be ordered with the 4-point harness. Mine will arrive, hopefully in March 2004.
