Hi guys,
Was wondering whether ot not you can help me on something...

My driver's door wont open today and can only be opened from the inside... i rang up the dealership and they told me it was a common fault on 360s and what they have to do is to remove the panel and re hook the latch.

Has anyone had any experience on this and does anyone know how I can remove the trim so that I can can fix it myself and save some time as the dealership is fully booked!!

I have not done it on a 360 but have removed the panel trim on a few other cars. Normally you just need to remove the screws holding it in place and then gently pull it free. Make sure the window is all the way up before you try to do this.

I have seen a 360 with the drivers outside door handle not working properly. The door handle had play as if it was not attached to the cable.

This should be an easy fix. Raise the window to the up position. Unscrew the panels, some screws are hidden in the side and underneath. It may be either lift and pull to get the panel off. Pull the plastic or protective covering off and you should see the auto window, door lock and latch mechanisms. If it is as simple as re-attaching the rod, then cool, otherwise let us know.
