Just got my GTS F1 back from the dealer, new left manifold <sigh> and left transmission axis hose.
Week-end drive through the alps and down to Monza, a few new gremlins. Anyone seen/resolved these ?
- gear indicator flashing in 4th then 3rd and 4th, at a period of about 1s, consistently. Had seen it once before while lapping Monza
- left radiator fan (the one I can hear well), starts and stops all the time when in slow trafic, although the engine was well below 90degC
- driver window switch or relay starts showing sign of episodic malfunction.
Advice appreciated.

There are days I'd swap for a Porsche if they were looking better ...

I think you gear ECU is causing the problem of the unstable gear indicator. Sometimes it's just a loose contact that's causing it. The problem is to find which contact.

The radiator fan malfunction too is due to bad contact. The fan seem to be good, just that when the contact is good it runs and when it's bad it stops. Again finding the contact is the problem. Because when you plug it to the computer, sometimes the error doesn't show. That's a sure sign the contact is at fault. Maybe that's why the workshop can't detect any fault.

Did you for some reason touch the wire harness before ?

Thanks for the tips. I did not touch anything, the last intervention the car underwent was changing the left exhaust manifold. Would guess this does not involve the electrical wiring.
The gear indicator problem has been here for a while, I saw it 2 years ago once. Only happens under extreme conditions.
The fan thing is new ...
