Bruno, As we talked about before, Be sure that the noisey fuel pump is not binding after it gets hot. That is something you replaced recently and could cause the problem.
That's another good point. Do you see any burned blk. areas on the board? Are any of the terminals loose and extremely hot? Also check the terminal that supplies the fuel pump. It is known to get hotter than the other terminals normally but there is also the chance it has gotten bad over the years.
If the panel is warped badly it sounds like heat wae extensive there at some time. I would be suspicious of that area and check all the terminals to see if they are loose or not and maybe are not making contact at times.
