Does any one out there have any good/bad/favorite gearbox oil recomendations, or will any quality 80 W90 gear oil work? Thanks

Agip is the original factory recommendation.
Factory recommended that because they were sponsors at the time. Now i bet they recommend Shell for OBVIOUS reasons. In reality, Redline or Amsoil 70-90 is great. Personally have had great results with Amsoil, and NO i am not an Amsoil wannabee. Love Mobile 1 synth 0W-40 for summer oil... 20W-50 for the track... or 5W-30 for winter driving.

I use Redline 75w90 NS with about 2 ounces of limited slip additive in my transaxle and it has never shifted better.

Regardless of brand I seem to recall that the oil must meet GL5 standards.
