Motion Poducts (Ferrari and Italian Sports Car Restorer) and Tim Kesulek (Tim Keseluk's Vintage & Exotic Cars) are in your backyard. Documentation is limited with an English translation by Angello Wallace. With the value of the car and documentation, I think finding anyone that would loan or rent would be slim....I've done several bb engines in recent year and a few hundred since I got started. In competent hands, the machine work is not insurmountable. Time and dollars to do the job correctly will be considerable.
