More than likely, its a failed exhaust pipe gasket - the "doughnut" type that fit inbetween the flange connections. Or, maybe a bolt has become loose in one of those exhaust connections and that is causing it to leak as well.
Or, worst-case scenario is your ignition system is cutting-out, or is failing. Dinos use an antiquated system called "Dinoplex" made by Magneti Marelli. They are known to fail, but I think they have an emergency, conventional coil-operated system as back-up if the Dinoplex fails.
