2017 Northern VA Sunday C & C

We had about 12 or so cars at Fairfax Circle (Cameron's) today, on Father's Day. Several people left a bit early, to go out to the Sully car show.

A small but enthusiastic group showed up on this beautiful day. Good variety - a Lamborghini, an Audi R8 Spyder, a Shelby Mustang, etc., etc... No Ferraris here today.

I'd say that the Fairfax Circle C & C is 'back'. We had about 20 cars there today. (Cameron's, the coffee/chocolate/bakery there, doesn't open until 8:00AM, so this is not an ultra-early event.)

No Ferraris there today - Dino drove a Lamborghini.

It rained last night. Quite a lot.

Good: At 70F, it was 9 degrees cooler this morning than yesterday morning for Katie's.
Not as good: The roads were a bit damp, and it was humid. Still, the faithful came out.

We had a pretty good turnout today - very diverse. You can't much complain about having a Lamborghini Murcielago, a painfully-original VW bus, a genuine '32 Ford roadster, a bagged vintage Caddy, and a Beck Spyder, all at the same place. No Ferraris today, though...

This is maturing into a nice, medium-sized cars & coffee, with an interesting group of vehicles each week. No Ferraris here today, though.

The Chevy SSR is very interesting. A retro-style modern car, that the current owner has applied several vintage treatments to. Those badges are from 50's-era cars. The grille is from an old Corvette. The tail lights are from an old Cadillac. It has a Corvette LS motor.

A pretty good variety of cars at Fairfax Circle (Cameron's) today. We even had a Ferrari!

A nice turnout this Sunday. A really nice resto-mod Camaro was there. Once again, no Ferraris.

I did not know there was a car show at Fairfax Corners. Is it the 2nd and 3rd Sunday of every month?

Just wanted to clarify that this is Fairfax Circle and not Fairfax Corner. The Fairfax Corner header on the 8/13/17 post is incorrect.

Ok thanks. Aside from Katie's, DC Exotics, and Fairfax Circle, what other car shows are there in Northern Virginia?

Although not in N. VA, there is City Dock in Annapolis every Sunday morning.

Sorry about mistakenly calling this event Fairfax Corner.... Cameron's is in Fairfax Circle!

A cool, crisp Sunday morning at Cameron's. This is a much smaller get-together than many, but the quality of people and cars is very good.

A pretty good & varied turnout today. No Ferraris today; we have only had one Ferrari show up since we started coming here again - a black 308 GTS on 08/06/17. Dino brings a Lamborghini regularly, but we still lack a regular visit by Ferraris. Come on out!

A cool morning at Fairfax Circle, with the quality and variety we're coming to expect. The 1946 Plymouth is owned by the son of the woman who owned it back in the 70's.

Once again, no Ferraris in attendance. What's it going to take to get a Ferrari or two to come over on Sunday morning? The people are nice, and the coffee and pastries at Cameron's are good. And... this event runs from 8:00AM to 10:00AM.

The turnout was a bit short of the normal today, mostly because of a car show at NRA headquarters, about 3 miles away. Still, we had several regulars show up.
