Fairfax Circle, 11/27/16

We made a quick trip over to Fairfax Circle, to see Dino's new car - a 512BB.
On a chilly day, with some gusty winds, there was still a nice turnout there.

I did see a Ferrari on the drive home - that last one was parked on the lot at my financial advisor's building - does anyone know whose it is?

No, Paul has both the Triumph and a '32 Ford Roadster, and he NEVER has the tops up!

Great, we're of like mind - I've haven't had my TR4A's top up in over 20 years.
Of course, we lived in SOCAL for most of that.....

Admiral,

Here is my "LRC", who's been with me since high school. I don't have any photos of the car with top raised. Last I raised it was nearly 20 years ago, when I took it off to have the car painted.

I've driven it during rain, fog, and hail. But unlike you and your LBC, never in snow (we don't have that here in SOCAL !!)

Top down by choice?

I went for a drive on the coast, early morning,a month back and had a BMW M3 with the top down behind me. It was a foggy and wet morning. The guy kept using his wipers to clear the windscreen. I was mightly impressed and when he pulled next to me, I rolled down my window(F430) and yelled "Top down!" while giving a thumbs up. The man looked a little confused and simply nodded. About 30 sec after I did that a thought ran through my head "What if his top simply doesn't go up and he HAS to drive with it down?" The car looked pretty beat up.

2006 Ferrari F430 Coupé,
