FCA-MAR Spring Thaw

Hi Everyone,
Next Saturday, April 13th is the Mid-Atlantic Region's annual Spring Thaw. The event will be held at the Reston Town Centre in Reston, VA from Noon to 4 PM.

Unfortunately, the luncheon is SOLD-OUT!! However, Laura Ebert - the event organizer wanted me to let everyone know that Ferrari's and other exotics are still welcome to come and display their cars with the rest of the club and socialize! PLEASE NOTE: those who have registered for the event will get first choice on parking.

We hope to have over 100 cars to help celebrate the FCA's 50th Anniversary. Speaking of which...we will be displaying the FCA's Commemorative Ferrari 599 HGTE which has been traveling around the U.S. and Canada. It will be arriving in the Mid-Atlantic region on Wednesday 4/10.

For those of you who are not familiar with our Spring Thaw, here are some photos from last year's event. For more photos, check out the club's Event Photo page: Ferrari Club of America - Mid Atlantic Region | Event Photo Table

What time should we (i.e., the non-registered) get there to display? Looks like a great event and weather should be nice.

Silverf360,

If you did not register for the event that's ok, we would still love to have you show up and display your car and mingle with the group! Please keep in mind (however) that parking under the Pavilion is reserved for registered attendees. So if you happen to park under the pavilion you may be asked to move your car to Main Street.

The event starts at 12 Noon, but you can show up around 11:00 - 11:30 AM.

Hey Ed,

I purposely picked those two photos to see if anyone would recognize or comment about it on the other website!

Look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

I also plan on attending...

This whole parking on main street thing, is there going to be reserved spots? or just park on the street in any available spot?
