When are people showing up to display cars?

I'll stop by in the AM with the Ferrari and the Shelby, but have to split by 1pm or so.

Thanks,
LS

FYI, Laura says to show up between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon to display a car.

Great to see everyone today. Toggie, saw you but didn't get a chance to say hello.

Amazing weather and turnout. Ridiculous variety of cars too.

Sorry we didn't have time to talk.

My favorite car there was the original looking Lusso.
In raw shape, but anyone who drives a classic Ferrari with tools on the passenger's side is a real car guy.

Yup. Great job once again Laura. This really is turning out to be one of the best events in the Mid Atlantic.
It was great seeing everyone today. I'll get some photos up soon.

I think that might be the F40 driving in to the event in the picture above (looking out the window of the Lusso).

Reston Spring Thaw Pictures

We had a good caravan to the Spring Thaw, with a few exceptions. Early on, a Porsche decided to cut off one of the drivers ahead. Later, another Porsche nicely joined in the caravan, then waved as he took another route. Unfortunately at one point I had an EVO about an inch from my bumper through the backroads, so I did a small squirrely drift on one of the curves and he bailed out away from the group. Beautiful weather and great to see everyone again!

What a GREAT turnout of people and cars!! Every year this event gets better and better. We had a record turnout. As mentioned previously, we had Modern, Classic, Vintage and even a Supercar show up at our event.

It was great seeing old friends and meeting some new people (some who I hope will stop lurking and come out to more events) A special thanks to Laura Ebert for putting on a fantastic event and to Bobbie O. and Sabahat S. (I may be missing one) for signing people in to the event.

And lastly a special thanks to my friend Rich T. for bringing out his 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L Lusso and Mr. Tom Wall for allowing me to ride with him in his 1958 Ferrari 250 Testarossa replica to the event.

Enjoy the pics!!!

That Lusso was amazing..also great to see 4 BBs and Allie's F40 there.

This morning I loaded my usual 40lb tool bag into the trunk of the Shelby. My wife asks if I think the Ferrari or the Shelby may have problems on the drive up.

I said "as long as I bring every tool known to man with us, we won't have any issues. But, you never know who else might at the event."

She thought it was ridiculous of course!

355Dreamer, your car looks amazing with the Prova plate.

Spring Thaw continued...

A few more pictures. This was a fantastic event, and it was great seeing so many of the crew from last year.
