Hey Doug, any insight into what might happen to the dome if the Rams move? Has there been any discussion as to what to put there? Would America's Center take it over?

I believe Randy is going to house his growing collection of Ferraris there..

Last I heard it will just be convention space but that was awhile ago.

More convention space - just what STL needs, you know, because we get so many big name conventions coming here . It'd be interesting to see if the Blues ask for a new stadium, and if that land will be used for it. Lumierre Place is going to take a beating on the Rams moving, that's for sure.

The convention center will be far better off. Believe it or not STL does get a ton of big conventions.

Conventions are scheduled years in advance the NFL schedule was a last minute wrench that left the center stranded.

We need MLS which Stank's own coach in Denver stated St Louis was the best city for the sport.

StanK is gone time to move forward.

Just got home from the STL Auto Show - easily the worst showing I've ever seen. No Mercedes, BMW, Infinity, Acura, etc. Biggest turnout was for Toyota, and their showing this year wasn't all that great. The Edward Jones Dome part was only half full, with the other half being roped off for a go-kart course. It was a little eerie being in the Dome with all of the Rams stuff removed though.

News to me - collateral damage from the Ferrari lawsuit a few years back? Jim Butler has them, but I thought it was just a second dealer in the market

Bought the Carrera GT from Napleton - great to work with.

Maser wanted a new building - they got it.

Wishful thinking STL can land Mclaren and Napleton Ferrari.

With the new Porsche dealer spending 20M things are headed in a positive direction.

cool, thanks. hope they got a good price. I don't think STLM is up to the task of volume that Maserati expects to do.

where is the new Porsche store going to be? Audi at Hanley/Manchester should do well.

Kroenke, partner want tax dollars for huge Maryland Heights development : News I've got mixed feelings about this. 1) something needs to be done in that area, however, the flooding in December makes me wonder if that's a good idea (as I sit at my office that was underwater in the 90's) 2) why give kranky 1 red cent after saying STL was economically unviable? 3) why hasn't kranky bought a better hair piece yet with his 2 extra billion dollars?

MLS / NFL don't be surprised to see them holding hands in a shared stadium.

It's not losing a football team inasmuch the players who would otherwise become part of the community - huge loss on many levels.

StanK is a POS that belongs in La La land with his NFL theme park.

Who in their right mind is going to shop there let alone move in.

Saint Louis was told just weeks prior a new stadium was an economic disaster.

Now he and his lawyer are asking for money from the very city they took a crap on - who would have thought.
