buying 1996 F355 with new engine! help

Hi everyone,
I found a '96 F355 in Colorado that had valve guide issues; the block was "redone" at FofDenver 4yrs ago. The new engine has 4k miles on it, would this ADD to the value or take away? Everything was replaced, and now its due for the 5yr/30k major tune up this year. It had the fabspeed conversion for all the exhaust parts/cats etc.

thanks

IMO, if the job was done well, it gives the car a stronger position in the market than one that needs a rebuild, which there are plenty of.

I advise talking to Scuderia Rampante, in Boulder CO before buying the car. I'm not sure if they provide any PPI services, but it's worth asking.

I agree with Josh above. As long as the 355 gets a good PPI it should be fine

Maserati GranTurismo MC - Giallo yellow
Porsche 911 GT3 RS - black with orange accents - wife's car
F355 Berlinetta - Giallo Modena, 6-speed manual, carbon sport seats -recently traded in
Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

Great thanks for the tip; I'll definitely contact those guys if I decided to get this ride. Definitely will get the PPI. Thanks!
