If you have fuel at both banks and ignition only on one bank, the kjet system isn't your issue. Have you used any test equipment to confirm you have fuel but not spark and whether you're missing ignition completely or of it's just weak?

I have dealt with the same situation a couple of times. The easiest fix I did very recently - was to check the electrical connector for the non-working fuel pump in the fuse box. The metal in those connectors tend to soften over time due to repetitive heating and then cooling, plus the white plastic housing becomes brittle (both need to be replaced).
However, first you should check the ignition coil and module on the non-working side of the motor, because typically it is the ignition coil or ignition module that goes bad...
If you don't have a spark plug testing device, you can purchase one from here or any automotive store: Inline Ignition Spark Checker
If you don't know how to check whether or not you have a spark, see this video:

If you have spark on both ignition coils / spark plugs on both sides of the motor, then you should check fuel pumps and corresponding relays and fuses. I can tell you how, but lets first check your ignition coils.

Cheers!
Juri.
