Testarossa question

Hello members,
I was curious about becoming a new owner of a Ferrari Testarossa. I love these cars and they are my favorite Ferraris of all. Currently, I own a 2009 BMW 328i M sport and I was curious if I am being unrealistic by seeing if I could trade my car for one of these. Can some one help me out?
Thanks,
Adam

Welcome to Ferrari Life. You can definitely trade your BMW towards a TestaRossa, but likely not trade evenly for one. At least not even for one that would not eat you out of house and home.

i would imagine you could only do a trade through a dealer. This would greatly reduce an already small inventory to search. Likely you would also not get as good a deal if you sold it yourself. You could easily be talking about leaving 20k on the table with such a deal. But, it's your money.

I'd consider trading my TR if I didn't already own a BMW.

Nah, I love my TR too much.

Your best bet is to sell the BMW to a private owner, or perhaps a dealer and put the cash towards the TR. PM me if you have specific questions about the TR as I've owned mine for over 20 years. Good-Luck!
