Pablo,

Great question and I'm curious to know too

But if I had to guess, in USA at least, I'd say the major cities like NYC, Chicago, Miami, Houston, etc

In Chicago, downtown at least, seen my fair share of Ferraris, Lambos, Rolls Royce, etc

Maserati GranTurismo MC - Giallo yellow
Porsche 911 GT3 RS - black with orange accents - wife's car
F355 Berlinetta - Giallo Modena, 6-speed manual, carbon sport seats -recently traded in
Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

I have done some research on internet and it looks like Woodbrigde , Ontario in Canada has one of the highest per capita concentration of Ferraris.

The most and the most per capita are entirely different things. I would say it is a pretty good bet that Monte Carlo has the most per capita but then it is very small with lots of very rich people (and no income tax which probably also has a bearing). Major world cities like London, New York, Los Angeles etc. will have relatively large numbers of Ferraris but very large populations giving a low per capita ratio whereas you could have someone with 3 Ferraris living in a village with 20 houses making that the highest per capita ratio.

I don't want to sound like a homer but I can't imagine any conversation not including south Florida. For those that haven't been here, the exotics are just as plentiful as the women.

Maserati GranTurismo MC - Giallo yellow
Porsche 911 GT3 RS - black with orange accents - wife's car
F355 Berlinetta - Giallo Modena, 6-speed manual, carbon sport seats -recently traded in
Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

Hmmmmm.

Ferrari: It will probably be close to LA, Miami, London, Singapore/Hong Kong
Rolls Royce: London (for people who know London, lol)
Aston: London
Bentley: London
Lamborghini: probably LA/Miami

There are also a lot of Ferrari's in Istanbul. But I'd probably vote for London.

Monaco for sure to see them daily on the street. Casino square never has less than 5 ferraris on it outside every hotel they look like showrooms. per head capita there must be the most exotic cars by far,

Cars
458 coupe normale, California T, Speciale A, 458 GT3, FF Maserati Ghibli diesel!
on way in 2015: La F, and 488, 2016 488 spider

I don't think Monaco should really count. It's an outlier in my opinion. I will concede though that the per capita consumption of exotics has to be higher there than anywhere else

Outlier as in Not in America you mean?
You will see in Casino square more exotic cars in one hour than most other places for a month, and other places a year!

That's why I think it's not representative of a normal community.

Odd so your saying everything outside the USA is not normal?

Really funny as most people from outside America ( the rest of the world that is) thinks the same to whats inside America.

"Which city in the world has...
The most Ferrari cars? And which would have the most exotic cars?"

The header says the world not within the USA so sorry there is a world beyond America and funnily most of it has been there far longer!

Just to add population Monaco roughly 35,000 and it has 2 yes 2 Ferrari dealers!

Cars
458 coupe normale, California T, Speciale A, 458 GT3, FF Maserati Ghibli diesel!
on way in 2015: La F, and 488, 2016 488 spider

The thread is titled 'which city in the world' & does not mention any restrictive clauses or omit any places, therefore as Monte-Carlo, Monaco is indeed part of this world & is very normal & indicative of this region....I must agree with Paul that Monte-Carlo per capita must have the most Ferrari's & other exotics. I'd also imagine it has the most Botox injections per Capita too, LOL

Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery, today's a gift.....enjoy every minute!
