Here's the link to the special website for it:

EC should have waited for this one......

High mileage, low compression, and missing on a few cylinders.....just like my cars.

I'm with you Paul. Perhaps we could do a kidney pool and buy a FerrariLife LaFerrari? I'm sure I could get a few family members to chip in a kidney or 2 as well.

My first thought was "Glickenhaus 2.0".
Reading thru the specs and the very informative technical videos "Laferrari" seems to be a very special car.

My first thoughts:

-Great design, but less in distance to the normal serial cars (back and top sector of car) than previous F-Supercar models, but as always it will grow.....
-Breathtaking figures !!!
-engine figures per litre (less Hybrid) slightly higher than F12
-great innovation regarding seat-shells (not existant anymore) and adaptable pedals block.
- Who will check the failed Kers system around Aldourie castle when in need .

Absolutely great presentation and marketing effort...as always ...world class

Regarding the name...does everyone remember how badly Apple was "panned" when they announced the "iPad". OMG was it awful. Once they saw what it was capable of, everyone got over it pretty damn quick and now you don't give it a 2nd thought.

The same will happen here. I'm already over it ... the video did it for me.

Don't like the name either. F70 would have been just fine. Like the front view, but never liked the bi-color look.

This epitomizes what I love about Ferrari. The inclusion of such advanced technologies is crazy. The name does bother me only because, regardless of intent, it sounds rather French. Maybe I'm the only one that thinks it does, but it was the absolute first thought I had prior to watching the video. After the video, and once I had wiped up most of the drool, I warmed to it a little bit. However, I'm not sure I will completely get over the French-like name to such a completely Italian car.

It is easy on the eyes and it's mechanically a dream car.

Here it is a little bit different... That is "Apple iPad" this is "Ferrari Laferrari" that in italian suonds like "Ferrari Theferrari". I can understand they want to make a statement like "this is THE Ferrari" but it just sounds weird.
Anyway it is an amazing car, we are in front of a milestone.

I checked all videos, scripts etc. but found absolutely no indication about the curb weight of the "La Ferrari" ?! Anyone of you ?

"La Ferrari" is a little like "the mistress" and in that sense not wrong if you have more F-cars in your Garage.

I also believe to remember that a important book series was titled "La Ferrari" and introduced readers to the whole copendium of the Ferrari idea.
