There are a number of shops in the UK that could do it. Recommendations would be:

Carrs Ferrari Exteter
Bob Houghtons
DK Engineering

212 Export or ilCapolino will be able to give you a better answer for Lugano. For the UK, you can drive most of the year.

Snow and ice rarely happens in lower ticino (i.e. Lugano) if at all..... January/february are endangered.

Pablo, did you not check the weather before you moved?
No problem bring your cars in winter down to the Cote d azur you get nearly 330 days a year for super driving weather, and less speed cameras! and lower fines!

I did , and what i know is that there is cold and snow december , january , and february but i have not been there to know for sure! There is some people that have told me the temperature drop to -7
So all i know is from reading and talking to people but i have not experience it myself!
This is why i am surprise to here that i will not have a problem and that i can use my Ferraris all year round!

One thing you may have is the winter Tyre issue from October/ November through to March/ April
As I said before for winter bring them down to the cote d azur I know even a good storage facility here and its a simple drive down for three hours to come enjoy the roads.
