All F50s have adjustable suspension. The F40 without the adjustable suspension is lower than the 430.

Pablo- For enough money, you can do anything, but it would probably lower the value of the car. As you can see from these drawings, you will not be adapting the F50 front suspension to the F40 because the F50 has horizontally mounted shock absorbers. F40 1st two drawings and F50 2nd set of two.

Shouldn't be to hard to find an F40 with the adjustable suspension. I would just keep looking for one.

In your opinion is better to have it with adjustable suspension?

I know a very good F40 with adjustable suspension, 12k kms, but it'll be €450 - 460k. It's off the market at the moment but will come back in about a month. You could be the first one to knock on the door.

In theory yes, but it is not that effective.

Wooow! , that issue for a tropical country like Panama is a crucial one!
Does it mean that it works but poorly or in does not work at all?
Please explain me this because where i live it has an average of 90% humidity and temperatures of 80 F.

It works, just does not blow that much cold air.

Pablo- Ferrari air conditioners from that era have been described as a mouse farting over ice cubes. It is possible to upgrade the system with an more modern compressor, though.

I discussed this with a specialist. They said they had developed a system to give an F40 the same adjustable suspension as the F50 i.e. just lift at the front at a touch of a button, which you need for speed bumps (as opposed to the adjustable suspension that was available on the F40, which I understand automatically adjusts the height depending upon the speed you are going). However, they hadn't yet fitted the system to a customer car. If you are interested send me a PM and I'll give you the contact name.

Pablo- Improving the A/C system is really pretty simple. Replace the York compressor with a modern one, and possibly provide more outlets for the evaporator. There are kits for the 308 available on the market that might be adaptable.

Are you sure this works? This would not deteriorate the value of the car ?
