Gto

Jimmy,

Congrats,
It's an amazing piece of art, enjoy it with good health.

I took few pictures for the exact same F-car few weeks ago while I were at the Monticello Motor Sports race track, that GTO is owned by a fellow from NY.

Is it true that some GTO's came with a red dash? I know about the optional red seat inserts...

Yes I found them thanks. I kept looking for Scuderia when I checked your posts, 16M never crossed my mind, neither did looking for a gallery. I love the black on red, it looks great on a spider.

Hi Jimmy,
The Monticello event was an incredible experience. I had two days sessions "about 6 hours per day at the Full Course Race Track" with a race driver and instructor. I mainly drove my own 575M, drove Austin Martin GT3 for few laps, and I had a taste of the Radical Experience " seat time" with a race driver. On my F-car, my breaking and speed tremendously improved on the 2nd day, though we did not keep any lap timings. I was disappointed that I was not able to reach 150MPH on 1.50 of straight line " I chickened out"; the race road disappears on me due to elevation changes. But I managed to reach 135MPH, Steve, my instructor topped 160MPH on my 575M.
The Monticello Motor Club Full Course Race Track is 3.60 miles long with 450 feet of elevations and 22 total turns.

To see the event pictures, please click to my profile and open "Monticello Track Experience" album.

Thanks,

Muftah

m1076, at least that you would give you an excuse to visit this tiny island or you can always ask your friend to look for another exotic super car here to purchase which is another great reason for the trip !
