ZF steering box question
I've found a lot of makeshift repairs on my car so I am never 100% sold on what is OEM and what is a 'fix' by a PO. Under the banjo fitting for the return line there's a ball bearing that sits at the bottom of the threaded tube. Should it be there? Is it a check valve or ......
What's troubling is that the bolt does not snug down without a second crush washer underneath the banjo fitting. Any thoughts?
