something like 12500€ - probably cheaper to take an original old V12 and parts of a jura machine... thinking....

For just a little more you could get a fiat 500 espresso maker:

Probably cheapest to just give up espresso

I love that design... although looking at the weight of only 23kg, it must be plastic or aluminium...
