208/308 GTB handbrake

Is your GTB handbrake efficient?
The mine not at all...in spite of new pads.
Any idea what I can do:confused?

Mine was bad until I adjusted it. The adjustment is just behind the muffler, on the parking brake cable. It is somewhat difficult to get to. Follow the cables and you'll see the adjustment nut. Figure out what combination of tools you will need. As I recall the nut itself is a 10mm but I can't recall what I used to get to it.
Pick both rear tires up off the ground, give the handbrake 3 clicks and then tighten the adjustment until you can't turn the tires by hand. Perfect.
