355 Rebuild update...

A while ago I posted the start of a 355 rebuilding project I was ask to help with.

http://www.ferrarilife.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4710

I forgot to post pictures of the progress we made. It's time for an update.

Let's start with some more mess:

At this point the car was already sold, but work wasn't finished.

While waiting and looking for parts the new owner lost it's patience and took the car so he could finish it at home....

Damn it, I was looking forward in driving this baby and suddenly it was gone when I came back from my holiday!

These pics are made at the day the car was collected (I didn't make them).

Canna di Fucile metallico or Metallic Gun Metal Grey (Glasurit FER 700/C).

Thank you Marcos. I knew it was darker than regular silver color and it's very nice color for 355. I have never seen one in U.S. yet, but few in Europe. So this must be the color code (Glasurit FER 700/C) ?

Yes it is the color code, but when did a testpaint it seemed to be just a little bit darker then the original color. We think that's just because it's not the same paintcan it came from. I didn't really mather, because we decided to paint the complete car...
