Floor Mat Retainers

Hey Guys,

So I found a direct source for the floor mat retainers and I've just placed an order for 100 of the retainer, grommet and washer.

I don't need 100 pieces - so, if anyone would like any, send me a PM. The cost will be my cost plus shipping - USPS.

I'm going to keep a minimum of 20 pieces each for myself.

I'm offering the others at cost (no profit)

Attached is the summary of what I ordered.

Would you consider shipping four (normal post is fine) to Australia?

Understand if no.

Thanks

Hey Ernest, I'm thinking I can throw them in an envelope with stamps so $2-3 for shipping. But I will check.

Guys,

What I'm going to do for shipping is USPS Flat Rate Small box - $6.80. This will be the easiest option especially since we don't have a scale here small enough to weigh and put stamps on an envelope.

The cost of each retainer with grommet and washer is $1.06. For those interested, please PM and include your address and the number of assemblies you would like.

Thanks. (PS, these came in yesterday so I have them now).

Can these be used on mats without holes already in them? I assume you would need to cut the holes then.

Yes, you need to cut the holes in the mat and then push the tabs of the grommet thru the mat then bend the tabs over the retaining washer.

My interiors guy has a punch that does the center hole and all 4 tabs at once. He let me borrow it and it works great. One hit over a back up block and you're done.
