F355 Spider seat back release handle

I purchased a set of stock F355 Spider seats to have them re-upholstered in the "Daytona style" so that I could keep my original seats in case a future buyer might want the car stock. Unfortunately, the seats I purchased were missing the seat back release handles and a few other parts. I found everything I need except the seat back release handle for the passenger seat (RH). Anyone have one available or know where I might get one? Thanks.

Ricambi, Ferrparts, Exotic Auto Recycling, if all else fails, Google 'used Ferrari parts'. Daytona seats should look great; we want pics when completed.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I have tried all the sources you list, including a lot of time spent on Google, trying track down this one part. I actually bought the donor seats from FerrParts, and while Russ has been very willing to help me in any way he can, he has been unable to locate the handle. Further, Ferrari has apparently discontinued this part (Ferrari Part No. 63998500) and none of the other recyclers have anything to offer at present. Any help from anyone will be much appreciated.

Tom, per my email (if you received it), be sure to check with a dealer. many dealers have old stock and most have access to the inventory at other dealers and they can do a search for you. I buy a great deal of my parts from two dealers and have been pleased with the service.

Why not simply install 63998600 upside down as a stop-gap measure? Or, press out the steel bushing and flip it to the other side then epoxy it in as a stop-gap measure?

I have 63998600 on my desk...

Thanks for the suggestion Dave. I had already tried that with Algar Ferrari and was able to obtain the LH handle that way. Unfortunately, they could not find a RH handle. I'm still looking.....

Found it!

Just wanted to thank all for the advice and help in my search for the seat lever I needed for my Daytona style 355 seat project. I finally located one and it is on its way to me! I'll post some photos of the seats when I get them back. Thanks again.

I'm probably being a bit optimistic here, but would there be any more available from this source? My right hand handle is falling to bits.

Thanks!
Cheers
Ian.
