Passenger fuse box lid.....

I've always had trouble with the 2 so called quick lock pins that secure the fuse box lid in the passenger footwell....they never want to snap into position without a stupid fight...

Looking at my car and the parts book i think i might be missing the 2 clips....61867000 that are secured by rivets to the framework of the car....the pins locate into these clips I guess...

I seem to just have 2 round holes which the pins push into ....no clips nor rivets....nor holes drilled for the rivets....

Seems strange...unless I am missing something....

Can someone post a photo of the area where the pins locate into the car framework..so i can see the clips and the rivets???

I know it's an awkward location for a photo.

This is the best i can do its more of a flat prong than a wire or anything. Kind of like a springy tab.

Part 61867000 from ricambi

Great

Thanks a lot
I'll take another look at mine

How easy do you find those quick lock pins to tighten and loosen?

My bad

I do have the clips riveted to the frame for the pins to locate into.

Still do not like those quick fit pins though
