Lorenzo, I started a thread on Fchat about the differences between 95's and 96-99.

Differences between 95 MY and 96-99 - FerrariChat.com

I've hear folks say that a 95 has a more rough idle than other years. I'm not really seeing that. My 95 seems to idle just like my 98.

Probably the biggest item you will hear discussed is that 95's don't have an alarm or immobilizer. The second would be 95's are OBDI not OBDII. So, removing CAT's on a 95 won't cause CEL issues.

The causes for fouled plugs would be the same across of 355 years. I've never heard of 95's being prone to fouling over later years. I suspect valve guide issues may be a factor in 95's that may have not been present in later years with steel guides.
