Hey Guys,

I've been stupid busy lately and have not had time to work on the car. I've picked up the wheels today and took them to have the tires mounted and balanced. I'm hopeful I will get some time this weekend to get back to the car.

Finally had some time tonight to put a few hours into the car. About a month back, I painted the cowel and I had the front carpets removed partially from the bumper removal.

I put that all back together. I've got new factory wipers that I will install after the paint correction I hope to start this weekend

Filling in some stone chips prior to paint correction.

Found these cool micro brushes at the local Hobby Lobby a few months back. They work great. With the proper paint thickness you can get the paint to flow and fill in the chip and level nicely. For small chips, I will knock down and paint that rose above with wet sanding.

I placed some blue painters tape near each chip so it will be easier to find them to wet sand.

Dear Dave,

See that you used the Glasurit 22 single stage urethane. With what do you thin it?

Best regards,

Robert

Hi Robert,

I had some urethane reducer the painter gave me but it was in an unlabeled container. I did not use much - approx 10%
