456 wheels on 88 328GTS?

Anyone tried this? The 456 wheels have correct bolt pattern 5x108 for 328 and are 17x8.5 and 17x10, 50mm offset front 25mm offset rear.

Thanks

Have seen 360 wheels on 308/328, which are 7.5 x 18 and 10 x 18, but the rear wheels had to be narrowed to 9". Have also seen 17" 348 wheels on 308s and 328s. The 456 wheels are pretty wide front and rear.

The link above is what i want to do, but cant get info on what wheels these are. 355 Challenge or a Speedline Corse wheel looks closest.

They sure look like the F355 white Challenge wheels painted gold.

I believe those would be 18s too, which I would have thought was too much (I was thinking of 17s versus the stock 16s) but they look good there.

PS I am new to the Ferrari scene, just picked up the 88 328 GTS white with grey leather. Also have an 06 Maserati Gransport Spyder. Family / wife car is 2007 CLS 550 Merc. 19 yr. old sopn drives (he bought half) have my 02 Z06 Vette I used to roadrace, and last but not least, we have a lowered, shaved, etc. 2door 2wd Tashoe with a Cad front end.

Car crazy in the Detroit suburbs (like eveyone else around here)

I owned 10 Vettes over the years, from a 61 283/230 to an 08 Z06. Very reliable and quick. The 328 is an ideal first Ferrari and owners can do most of the work themselves.

Woodson Avenue is still world famous as a car venue.
