348 AC problem...seems simple?

Just bought my first Ferrari today. It is a 91 348ts. The AC sort of works. It turns on when I tell it to, but I can hear the the compressor clicking on and off repeatedly.....every few seconds. What could this be? Relay?

I have too a problem but with my panel that stop after a few minutes an there are no longer informations on it...and the 30 A fuse burn....
Maybe someone good mecanic on this forum could help us to fix it...
So the message is sent: those who knows the 348 problems about AC could explain us how to repair it...

I know that there is an official modification to do that Ferrari gave to the officials dealer...a sort of recall campain...do someone have it ?

Congratulations on the 348. It does sound like it could be a low pressure problem but could be a couple of different things. Do you know when the last time the car was serviced and the AC system charged? Suggest you first check all the fuses on both the luggage panel and the passanger side panel. Then if they all are OK take it to a specialist for a quick look.

Yes, it is low on refrigerant and the system needs to be recharged.
