Windscreen wipers problem

I recently saw, that my windscreen don't stay on the bottom of the windscreen, but about 5 centimeters higher. When they work, they do go to the very bottom, but at the end, when they stop, they stop at a position , which is about 5cm higher. I haven't considered that as a problem until the first time I have hit more than 260 km/h. Because they stay higher than they should, the wind pushes them and if I drive with more than 250-260 km/h, they just start to work and go up and down on the windscreen, which isn't an ideal situation for high speeds. At the beginning I didn't bother with that, but now there is almost nothing more to fix on my car (believe it or not), so I want to fix that.

Does anyone has a suggestion what is wrong with them and why are they stopping on that position, keeping in mind that when they work, they go to the bottom. What you guys think is the problem and has anyone had a similar issue before?

Name only

I believe w/wipers on a red car are in name only. My 348, the wipers work well in the off position, after that I am not sure what joint belongs where or knows where it is going. I wish my joints were so loose.

The bell crank is attached to the motor shaft in the wrong position.

Maybe you should fix them.

348 wipers work fine unless something is wrong.
