308/328 LED Headlights (New Option)

My dad and I picked this car up in April and we noticed how horrible the Factory Headlights are (as I'm sure anyone that has driven a 308/328 at night can attest too). Since I work in the Lifted truck / Jeep Industry I noticed that the housings are identical to the older Jeeps. So I contacted one of my vendors and picked up a set of LED Headlights to try out.. As you can see it made such a big difference. Now we can actually enjoy driving it at night too.

Here are some before and After shots of the lights as well as some install pics. These actually fit right into the factory housings and were an easy plug n play.

Any questions just let me know and I can help you out.

The lights are made by Truck-Lite Part # 27270C

Here is also another link to purchase them from:

Great mod. Really lowers the current draw on the relay panel too.

Also they don't look weird like so many LED headlights do.

I'll have to look into a pair for our 328.

Too bad they don't make them in the smaller round size.

What part of the lifted truck industry are you in? Is it manufacturing, retail, distributing?

Yeah exactly..
There are a few other brands but they just don't look good at all for these cars
I am a Merchanding Category Manager for Transamerican Autoparts (4 Wheel Parts, ProComp, Smittybilt ect)
So we pretty much cover all channels, wholesale, retail and manufacturing.
My brother actually owns a Ferrari/Maserati service shop here in Mission Viejo called Mark Douglas Motorworks so we were able to jump on this car when we got the chance..

What do they look like when you are on high beams? Do both the top and bottom halves light up? Very cool lights. I want a pair!!!

Are they a street legal headlight or were they for a light bar or something?

I often did before I retired, often it would be dark before I left work.

Also Cindy & I would go to places like the Regattabar, Acton Jazz Cafe & various resturants for the evening.

I might pull the trigger if they hit $100 each.

Yes these are street legal lights. Typically they are used as a factory replacement for Jeeps but it just so happens that the housings are the Same H4 style that fit in these Ferrari's.

As far as the fitment of these go you can check out their site and get the actual sizes but pretty much all the older 7" Round H4 lights were very similar. Their Catalog list it as a Direct replacement for the following Housings.

#6014, 6015, 6016, H6024 and Par 56 Headlamp designs

So cool.

I have been tuning my 308 at night after work and the back roads here in NH are dark so these would work perfectly.

Soooo tempting.

I looked around, and you can find them for less than $100. It might require you to do a little work, but $80 plus s&h doesn't sound to bad.

Truc Lite is a high quality made in the USA LED. And it doesn't look like it belongs in a lowered Celica with a body kit.

Not quite the same thing.

You don't always get what you pay for but you never get quality on the cheap.
