Ultimate 348?

Mr. Maxwell, the brain behind this creation is the gentleman that gave me my first opportunity working on Ferraris and Lamborghinis. His work and knowledge have been a big inspiration to me in my own career.

I'm not yet at his level and who knows how many more years it will be, if I ever do reach that, but I'm glad to have spent some time apprenticing under him and having my eyes opened to these creative possibilities.

Steve has built several seriously, and properly modified exotics during his career. This is the second 348 he's built, the first I was fortunate enough to work with him during. I believe this car here though, is his most elaborate creation.

Forza did an article, which I believe he fully deserves. For those whom aren't regularly subscribed to Forza, I wanted to share the online article on the forum.

If you click the picture of the car, you can scroll through a few photos that provide an overview of the work.

Josh- She looks great. Not sure about the wing, but everything else is first class.

Yea, the car definitely looks cleaner with out it. I suspect it's helpful at 190mph though!

Thanks for the link. Very interesting.

Got a few questions.

How much did the Turbo install cost?

What ECU is he running and where did he get those 12" challenge wheels from?

You will want to contact Steve for real details, I can tell you that an engine and turbo system build like this is a solid $100k. The ECU he chose to run is a DTA Fast, designed and made in the UK.

I have no idea where the wheels were sourced from.
