Welcome to Ferrari Life. I always liked the 365 GT 2+2 with its 500 Superfast styling. Please post some photos as you bring her back to life. Marcel Massini can undoubtedly tell you the early history of your Ferrari. His database is pretty amazing. 11509 was #98 out of 801 QMs built and a European model according to Matthias Urban and was dark gray metallic with bordeaux interior. Sounds like a pretty combination.

As the car has been in the US for a long time, FML might have some information on it.

Another photo of the 330 GT 2+2

Here is a photo of the four headlight 330 GT 2+2 after we got done cleaning it up. This is a late four headlight car with a five speed transmission rather than the four speed with overdrive.

Lovely and very rare. If memory is correct there are only a handful of the "transition" cars.

Steven- Looks beautiful. Always liked the four headlight version for some reason. Seems like John Surtees had one and Henry Manney tried to assist in the sale. Before Manney bought 5111, I seem to remember.

New Owner

I purchased this car in December and got out on the road for the first time in April. A wonderful, relaxed drive and looking forward to some continental touring.

Model: 330GTC
Year: 1967
Country; U.K.
Steering: LHD
Chassis: 10975
Colour; Rosso Corsa
Interior: Tan

I understand sold new in Italy and has spent time in Belgium and Germany. The age-related registration (BGC 231G) was re-acquired from the time it had preciously spent in U.K. If anyone has more detail of the history I would be interested to hear from them.

Hi Ken,
Just popped in here after a couple of years in an effort to find a rubber gasket for one of the licence plate lights and spotted your name.
Your GTC looks great!

1967 Ferrari 330 GTC

Hello All,

1967 Ferrari 330 GTC, chassis No 10445, motor No. 10445, however, the motor "numero interno" is 2810, which corresponds to a different 330 GTC s/n 10097.

The odometer shows 7,536 km and the compression in all cylinders between 140-190 psi. The car is said to have been in storage for 25 years.

Does the differing motor "numero interno" number mean that the engine was originally built in this manner or was it rebuilt sometime later in its life?

Regards,
Gianni

Identification Numbers or Markings

Hello All,

Other than the VIN, engine number, and chassis number, are there any other numbers or markings that would identify the originality of a Ferrari 365 2+2?

Thank you,
Gianni

Ciao Marcus,

You selected a real Ferrari classic as your first purchase...congratulations

I would love to hear its engine, if you can post a link to YouTube (there's a tool here for it).

Saluti,
Gianni
