360 Brake Bleeding

Here's an important tip.

When you bleed the brakes on a 360 (or actually most newer Ferrari's) be aware that there are two (2) bleed screws on the brake M/C itself that should be bled after the whole system is bled.

Naturally you have to remove the front panel in the trunk to do it, but it is an import part of the bleed process.

I helped a friend bleed the brakes on a beautiful 550 he just bought, and he pointed this out to me.

See the photo below of my 360 master cylinder. Notice that at each of the two brake circuits that there is a bleed screw with a black rubber cap!

Bleed the system first and then do these last!

It's a little extra work but it will pay off!
