Hello everybody. After many years of waiting and reading many posts in this forum, I finally fulfiled my childhood dream and bought my very first red beauty in November of last year:

Car Model: Ferrari 360 Spider F1
Year: 2002
Country: Switzerland
Steering: LHD
Chassis number: 129193
Ferrari colour: Rosso Corsa
Interior colour: Beige
All original except rear challenge grill

Human Model: Martin
Year: 1976
Country: Switzerland
All originial without expectations.

In the first weeks of ownership, I had to go down to the garage on a regular basis just to make sure the car is part of my reality and not just a nice dream
Looking forward to meeting like-minded Ferraristi and to enjoy many hours of driving in the scenic landscapes of the Alps. If anybody wants to join with their piece of art on wheels, please let me know, would be great.
Cheers!

Martin- Welcome to Ferrari Life. Very pretty 360 and sounds like you are enjoying her.

mdoc3 04-22-2015 01:04 AM

Thank you for the warm welcome Terry. I have read many of your posts in the past and found them very informative. As a Ferrari novice I do hope to learn fast from experts like you and to be able to give back somewhen in the future. Cheers!

Killer58 04-22-2015 02:37 AM

Martin,
Congratulations!! Your car is almost an identical twin to our Spider, only the stock/challenge grills are reversed. You are going to absolutely love her. And don't be ashamed about going to the garage just for a look - five years on I still do !!!

mdoc3 04-22-2015 04:44 AM

Thank you David! Assuming that you live on the other side of the big pond, it is a pity we cannot drive out our twins together. I still have the original rear cover and could make the match perfect.

I have to correct my first post slightly. Not only in the first weeks of ownership did I descent into the garage regularly but still continue sneaking into the garage, unnoticed by my wife, and check on my other beauty. Based upon your post, I guess this is a habit not easy to get rid of.

Hi, if those aren't the CS wheels I wondered where you got your center caps from? I've just installed my wheels but the stock 360 caps don't fit.
Thanks

Greetings,

I have not posted in a while. It is with sorrow and joy that I have sold both my 6 speed 360 and 599 GTB so that I can purchase an F8 Tributo. I am hoping for an allocation this Spring. We have spec'd out the new F8 in honor of both cars. I think the F8 is close to the perfection of the 360, clearly a Ferrari collectors car as the lines are flawless, with the colors of the 599 in Blu TDF. Attached are the all three.
