Launch Tech USA (Ontario, CA) makes the X-431 Torque which I bought. It will do PIS, as well as a bleed of the F1 system and brakes. I bought it on Amazon for $1,400USD. It uses Bluetooth and WiFi to connect to the Internet and search for problem solutions. It sold me when it read my PIS and clutch life remaining. They have a later version called the X-431 Throttle but it is around $2,400USD and does not do anything more for a Ferrari than the Torque.
Beware of Chinse clones selling for around $800USD. They do not have the same support or functionality of the Launch Tech USA product.
These cars are definitely "Fly-by-Wire". They have their own internal network and it's very cool to see the scan tools that let you see what is going on.
