F430 Heated Seat ECU?

Hi, .
I have swapped my f430 seats for heated seats (genuine f430)
However, they don't heat up. I have been told that each seats needs an ECU - the holder/wiring is there but the ECU aren't.
ECU apparently not available from Ferrari/Eurospares.

Can anyone help with a source for these? i need 2 apparently - one for each seat

thanks in advance

Jem,
There isn't an ECU: the power is taken from a Maxi fuse, and there's a wire back to the instrument cluster from the seat for the warning lamp.

The wiring loom of the car was built with heated seats if specced as an option.

Hi Mark,
these is an ECU on the seat,
Part number 980139417, is described as HEATING PAD ECU -Heated seat- (item 35 in https://algarferrari.com/store/parts...ider/table-130)

It's not an ECU - it's just a timed relay which is part of the seat wiring i.e. all part of the seat and removed as part of it.

Has someone stripped down the seats before selling to you?

If you need one, available from Maranello Classic Parts for 234 pounds. I would make sure I needed one.
