Removing 430 Exhaust Tail Pipes

Ok so it looks the weld has broken on one side on my exhaust tail pipe brackets, do I have to take the bumper off to remove the tail pips or can I do this with just the diffuser off ?
fwiw I have Capristo sprung exhaust brackets

I think there should be enough room with just the diffuser off.

Indeed there is tx., strangely I have taken my SCUD diffuser off many times but personally on the 430 Spider not thus far, WORSE, it doesn't look like there is a weld broken on either bracket but I have the very annoying vibration at 3,500 rpm, particularly when coming off the throttle pedal

One potential for the annoying vibration when coming off the throttle could be one or both of the bypass valves. You may want to check them to ensure that the vacuum diaphragm and spring are in good condition. These valves have been known to loose their efficiency over time and either rattle ... or actually slap about causing a lot of racket.

You can check the diaphragm by detaching the vacuum hose and apply a vacuum. Put a small length of vacuum hose on the valve and suck on it with your mouth. After evacuating the chamber, the valve should operate to the closed position. Holding your thumb over the vacuum hose, it should hold that vacuum and slap back to the open position when you release the vacuum.

Regards,
