use a hair dryer to heat the surface. Heat gun may be too hot. Pull off gently and clean with 3m sticky remover. Try not to put the sticky remover on the paint but spray on microfiber towel and wipe off.

Take it to a clear bra shop, have them remove it, and put on a better piece for protection.

Thx Mark. I have try to few of those clear bra shop and guess what they refuse to perform the task by making all the different excuses. Turns out the job is too small to waste their time. can't blame them rent is becoming rediculously expensive over here they need big job to survive .

Heat it with a hairdryer and use white spirit or a similar solvent to remove any adhesive residue. I would recommend to have new ones ready to install before removing the old ones as that area is susceptible to stone chips. Also, heating the new ones just prior to installing them should ease fitment. Alternatively you could ask a bodyshop to do it.
