Uh oh! Did I just devalue my 360?

I did the unthinkable this afternoon. Through what I can only characterize as a lapse of concentration, I allowed a snowflake to land on my beloved 360. Lest you don't believe, I posted the grisly aftermath . Yes I know, the snowflake is only on the dustcover but I'm quite positive when I remove it that most of the left side bumper and tail light harness will be destroyed.

Does anyone have any idea what I could get for a 2004 360 Modena F1 that has had snowflake damage? Perhaps salvage? Your expertise is much appreciated in my hour of need.

I'd sell it and hope it doesn't show up during the new owners PPI, although I have my doubts...

I got raindrops on my 16M and 12C last week. You actually use the car cover? That alone devalues the car 10k!

Well since it is now totaled, take the cover off and drive it in the snow.

Hmmm I think you'll be ok!!!

I was too lazy to put the 575M away after a New Year run a couple of years ago and billions of flakes fell on her....she survived but it was torture waiting for it to melt off

Things you will only ever do once!

Cheers

That picture will be like porn to Capo!

Although I would never do that to the Spider, I admire people who do.

"post your dirtiest or most unbelievable pics of your Ferrari".

And winner gets a free car wash!

Porsche 911 GT3 RS - black with orange accents - wife's car

Agree 100% - someone from over there probably already posted a thread on buyers beware.

Love the 575 pictures

Bob - your best bet is probably parting it out or calling the insurance co. so they can list it on Copart I wouldn't touch it the replacement costs alone would total more that the car is worth

After all of the advise I've received I've arrive at the fact that it's a complete loss and I might as well drive the hell out of it and to hell with the mileage.

@Jazzy - Beautiful. I like the dark color better

Actually I'm not that adverse to getting her dirty but I don't really have or want to spend the time in the winter cleaning up so I opt to avoid the mess. However, When I add a second car I won't mind as much as I will always have a clean standby. It's just a matter of choosing what's next.

I can do one better. We once accidentally ran into our F355 spider ... with a snowblower. It was buried so deeply that you couldn't really see where the car started, and we misjudged the border.

She still ran fine afterward. Yours likely will too

Cheers, Ben ( Too many toys, not enough garage space! )
