Hello. I just signed up but have enjoyed reading posts for a couple of months. As a late 50's male who has long admired the Porsche 911I have recently taken interest in a F360 spider. Call it second childhood or midlife crisis the time to purchase is approaching. Decisions Decisions.

Hi Burt,

Wellcome. As a mid sixties first time owner of a 360 Modena, also my first Ferrari, I went thru several months of research and browsing before I made a purchase about two months ago. Enjoy the experience and good luck in your quest.

Burt

Welcome. The 911 will make you smile- no doubt- but the Ferrari will make you GRIN!

Drive em all and see. The good part is there is no wrong answer.

No one wants to grow up - but only us car nuts openly admit it.

Welcome and best of luck on the hunt.

Welcome Burt.
360 is a great first time Ferrari, but more importantly a great Ferrari period.
Good luck with the hunt.

Hello and welcome. I was on the fence once, and my advice is if the financial outlay will not "hurt" you or your family, then do it!!!

Remember, we are here for a good time, not a long time!

Thank you all for the warm welcome and offers of support and advice. I live in a cold mountain climate so I am not looking to add to the garage until spring. Been doing lots of reading and research and am now leaning toward the 360 rather than the 911. For about 30k more on average the F430 may also be a possibility but probably not. Thanks again.
