A few close up photos - the finer details

Felt like taking a few pictures of the car yesterday but wanted to take a few close ups.
Here are a few. Hope you enjoy checking them out.

Great photos and you have added some nice goodies to the car. All those details are often lost in car photos.

Thanks Terry. Glad you like them. I do love the fine details of these cars. The summation of all these details is what makes them pieces of art.

Thank you. No I do not show it. Just obsessed about keeping it clean.

Absolutely immaculate, that is the cleanest car I've ever seen.

Beautiful pictures.

Of all the narcissists I know, I love me the most.

Impressive pictures! I've never seen such a "cleaner than new" cam covers and engine bay!

I may have to take a road trip to VA to see his process. I thought my car was clean! Not any more!

Yes, please post some pics. I do like the yellow on the 360 and 430.

Fantastic photos! The small details are what make the machines such works of art.

Beautiful work!

I spent the better part of the weekend detailing my cars - feel free to share some tips on how you cleaned the "finer details".

The forum has touched on cleaners and waxes in other threads but it would be great to have one to reference.

That reminds me, I need to wash my car. Unfortunately that big front blew in today with 70 mph winds and it is supposed to snow tonight. Back up to 70 F by Thursday. That is what happens when your house is at 6000'/1800 m.

Thanks.
Firstly i have to say that when I received this car it was spotless. The guy who sold it to me had it detailed before delivery and whoever did it did an amazing job.
I try my best not to drive it in rain etc. That helps a lot to keep it clean. It is no garage queen. It gets driven, but only in good weather.
I use Adams cleaners for the soap and I use their buttery wax. To keep it clean I use Dry Wash 'n Guard between washes, and just after I wash it to give it that extra shine. As for the engine bay, I just wipe it down with a damp cloth after washing. Some water gets in there during the process so when drying I wipe down the rest.
No real secret, just a little bit of tender care for the baby.
