I vote yes!

Go on you tube and type in - 430 Tubi ... perfect for the 8 cylinders!

Pablo,

I thought about a Capristo or a Tubi. I thought the Capristo sounded more like an F1 race car, the Tubi lower and growly, like a mean sports car. Both were very nice.

In the end, I stayed with the original factory racing exhaust. The main reason was to keep the car original, but second because it sounds great to me. The tips are very distinctive as well which adds a nice touch.

Do a search on YouTube, there are plenty of examples of each. One in particular demonstrates all three side by side. I say pick the one you like best.

I have Stebro on my 348 and the sound is amazing, almost half and half of Tubi and Capristo

I have Tubi exhausts on my 360 and TR and am happy w/them.

Capistro is higher pitch and quite irritating IMHO.

I have Tubi on my 430, and I don't think I've had the radio on five times they sound so good.

Listen to previous posts and go on YouTube to listen to other brands.

It's very subjective.

I prefer the Tubi, but the Capristo and the x-ost sound amazing also.

Really depends what you like as they are three very distinctive sounds.

It would be better you could go to a meet, or cars and coffee and hear them in person as a recording depends on the sound quality.

If you can't though, YouTube as previously suggested is the way to go.

I love my Tubi, so much so that I recently put them on my Maserati.

Good luck, keep us posted.

If you want, I'll video mine and send to you.

Just went and listened to the Stebro.

IMO, and meaning no offense, they don't sound that great.

I think the stock exhaust note better, but this is so subjective.

The Tubi is a growling, bassy, deeper resonating sound.

Especially when downshifting. That's where it really shines.

I prefer the deeper sounds over the higher whiny F1 sound.

Not a criticism, just my opinion.

If you're looking for deep, gurgling, bass, popping type of sound, then I say tubi.

no performance only sound. that is why it is so subjective. i like the capristo's myself, but have a tubi on my 328. Tubis are known for an annoying resonance at some rpm's on some cars. mine is around 3500.

Pablo- Given my choice, it would be Kreissieg, but I like the high pitched sounding exhausts better.

tubi works with the factory to design model specific exhausts. There will not be any problem.

I understand fully!

I am very happy with Capristo. Sooner or later your collectors will have a cracking problem. If you are still on guarrantee that's fine. If not, it is a fine moment to change the whole system from the collectors, open race catalyzers to free flowing light weight silencers. Capristo makes good complete kits with special heat insulation around the collectors to bring the heat of the engine room down on busy track days. It helps the oil cooling under such hard use. I so far have only the Capristo silencers. My colloctors were changed on guarantee but when they break again I will install the Capristo collectors with race catalysors.

I've got a Tubi on my 360 and absolutely love it. One local fellow FCA member has a 430 and installed a Capristo. He kept it about 1 month and decided it was just way too loud and replaced it with a Tubi. The Capristo did sound good but I agreed that it was too loud and raspy to live with on a regular basis. He's now very pleased with the Tubi.
Try to listen to each one on a 430 in person and decide which you like best. It's sort of a personal taste thing.
Good luck. Let us know which way you go.

Cheers.
