360 instrument cluster removal?

This my first time on the forum and have a question re: 360 instrument cluster removal. I am replacing the tach and speedo faces with yellow and KMH and need to know the removal sequence. Any help out there?

I just purchased the same yello tach & kms for my 360's instrument pod.

Did you have any luck changing yours out? I'm having a tough time getting my instrument pod out over my steering column...

slight deviation here... but do you know if there is a speedo that tells speed in digital form and in km/h? Any links would be helpful. Thanks.

Sorry, no help on the instrument pod removal, but curious where you found the yellow tach for the 360. I've wondered about the availability of such an aftermarket part to emulate a cs look.
