Fabio- Remember, too, that the 599 HGTE tailpipes look like the 575M HGTC tailpipes, except they put some black paint on them.

Yes Terry, HGTE tails are like the HGTC tail e felt the black colour, I designed and I have material also for manufacturing that tail ( polished not black) but speaking with some owners... they prefers other design.
The type they I did is like the gto tail , polished instead of sandblasted.

Hello guys,
next week I will complete two sets of mufflers for the 599, following some pictures of the manufacturing.
I'm happy about the manufacturing process, the jig that i designed work good, i think the product will have restricted tolerances.

Note: the bubble wrap is for the protection during manufacturing ....

Ciao Fabio,

As always, your design and work are impeccable and things of beauty.

I'm curious, which components in the product will have restricted tolerances and why?

Ciao Gianni,
Thanks...

When i spoken about "restricted tolerances" i would intent, in general, the relative distances in the space betwheen each interface points, and also of the tails ...
Every time that you do a weld, the parts move little bit position due to weld deformation, for that reason my thinking is to do the jig equipment more precised as possible in order to reduce the final errors in respect to the theoretical position.
For this reason, normally, i do not the jig on the original muffler, i make before a cad drawing, is not mandatory for obtain installable products.

Fabio

Fabio- Cannot wait to see how those sound with your 6-1 headers. Should be just like a GTO or better.
