Hello guys, following some pictures of a set of my 6-1 Headers for F550 ready, just completed, this version includes the secondary air system equal the original as form and dimensions.
The head flanges are designed in order to merge the oval exhaust hole of the head with the circular pipe of the header.
This headers can be coupled with my 200 cps CAT or bypass CAT pipes but in this second way is necessary manage the ECU.
All parts, at exclusion of the pipes, are CNC machined before the TIG welding, for the tack weld and the final welding i did several jigs in order to have same dimensions and little tollerances from one set to the other ... this way is expensive is the only that give repetitive good results.
The connection in the merge point is done by two flanges locked by means of V-clamp belt (stainless steel) and with the interposition of steel graphite gasket, all items made by my drawings.
V-clamps are done for me by UK supplier, gaskets are water jet cutted from an italian supplier.
The installation (obviously) doesn't need to cut anything on the car!
The sound resulting different to all other exhaust system that are in commerce, is like the F12 or the old F1 race cars ...
The sound can modulate by menas of the central parts and back mufflers.

Now in my 575 HGTC there is: 6-1 headers+ 200 cps CAT + double H-pipes + my back mufflers ....(lasts two videos) and the sound is incredible, very quite at valve closed, in order to not disturb the people that sleep in the night, and very strong F1 at valve opened ....
Dyno result of my F575 is 550 HP with original HGTC muffler, after the examination of the design of the HGTC mufflers, i think with my mufflers can be increase a little bit ...
