Another SA at RM Auction in Villa Erba

Interesting.
Terry will appreciate the numbers for his file, but note that whilst they claim ceramic brakes, the photos show clearly not, and not HGTC either.
FYI

Paul, indeed, curious and interesting to see these unused ones, how they would do.

That was EUR370 + 12% buyers commission.

The same car was previously offered by Brabus in Germany at EUR398k for a few months so they weren't far off with their asking price!

People are strange .....

not sold for 398 but yes for 414, the auctions do a mystery halo, and only one thing is sure, during an auction will pay the car the maximum value that is possible .... also over market ....
Not forget that you need to put 12% over the hammer price!

My words are only a thinking at high voice ... As i told more times ... Everyone of us can do as he want with his money .....

Fabio, with one added comment: maximum value possible at that auction, time and place, and with at least two bidders!

I find auctions can be fascinating and RM Sotheby's put on a good show although not sure why they elected to push all of the cars onto and off the stand.

I watched some of the live feed on their website on the day (not HD sadly) and see that a recording is available (courtesy of EVO but at an even lower resolution!).

Direct links below:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EsVz9wLPxs&t=50m0s The 575M Superamerica

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EsVz9wLPxs&t=85m50s The 330 GT 2+2

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EsVz9wLPxs&t=110m50s The 599 GTB HGTE (Manual)

All lovely cars. More details on that 330 GT which looked like a relative bargain.
