Fabio- Somewhere along the line, I lost track. Will your headers hook up directly to stock center pipes aft of where the catalysts were originally located?

Fabio- Great, that is what I was hoping for. Can you e-mail me what you think a 575M system will cost?

Today i have completed the pipes arrangement for the system without cats, now are ready to weld.
On the pictures there is also the cone construction, by my manual bending machine
This system for a my client that use a 550 for race, this will be a good test for my manifolds!
After the work on the exhaust, I did some videos of my 575 using an external microphone (that i have, i not had time to buy another) applied on bumper near pipe muffler and inside the car i have registered by my sony action cam HDR 15.
Follow some pictures where is showing the arrangement.
I drove for 50 km in total and i passed two time inside to a tunnel, unfortunately the tunnel had the tutor speed control (90 km/h medium speed) then the acceleration is more short.
I did videos by myself, i did a mistake, i have framed only the dashboard and not the tunnel entry or the street, sorry ....
The first tunnel video is with external michophne, the second video is with the action camera microphone inside the car, please listen all the videos because insome parts there are good acute sound ....
When i accelerated inside the tunnel, i thinked that I was in the sky ... !!! Indescrivible, the sound had remember in me the V12 F1 of some years ago .....
The videos contain some little disturb, but i think they give a good idea of the sound .....

First: acceleration

Second: tunnel with external microhone

Fabio, THAT'S THE SOUND!!!!

I agree, if you close your eyes (not while driving, of course) it's the same as the old F1 V12's!

Bravo!

Waow sounds amazing! Really enjoyed the first video as it's not a tunnel one...so more reflective of what you would get on a normal drive.

Can you post the same with windows closed? As to hear as it would be from the cabin on a daily basis.

Reminds me of my old Stradale!

Note: how much would you charge for a set for my HGTC? In euros or GBP

Note note: my car being a HGTC, would it be equipped with a valve? I'm a little confused with all the threads, where would that valve be?

Fabio, sounding just like we'd hoped. Again very impressed with your efforts and what you've accomplished. Watching the continued R & D and hoping to be on your customer list.

Hi Thrasher,
thanks,
i have uploaded just now a video from inside the car.

http://youtu.be/O5m9UOVhGQA

As i wrote on other posts, the inside comfort is increased because the resonation, due to the low frequency, are deleted (no low frequency are present ...) , this change is more if you have sport back mufflers, usually on the maranello's with some sport back muffler (specially if are not the valves) from 2000 to 3000 rpm inside a car are present an annoying resonation ...
The bypass valve are in the back muffler, The OE HGTC back have the bypass valves, like the normal OE muffler, also some custom muffler had the bypass valves, if your 575 HGTC have the custom muffler is sufficient that you see under the back bumper how is the muffler, with or without.
My system is ready to fit with original central pipes, not is necessary cut anything, the original lambda cables are not modified, only the starter engine shield is to bend little bit by an hand caliper.
For the price, other persons asked me, next week i will have a final price, now i waiting some invoices from my suppliers that arrive on this days ...
If you have doubt or question, not hesitate to ask.

Fabio
